For 01 Trainees

 

If you have 3,000 hrs. of Varified accredited

hrs.

YOU can still work for Commercial Contractors

without attending Apprenticeship Classes

But

YOU Must Secure this RIGHT by Contacting

an L&I Office and get APPROVED

LICENSES -- 02 thru 10

 

APPLICANTS WILL NOW NEED

 

CLASSROOM INSTRUCTIONS:

 

before licenses examinations

 

can be scheduled

 

AS FOLLOWS:

 

The amount of basic trainee classroom hours

 

required for new applicants will be:

 

• Twenty-four hours where 2,000 or more; but less     than 4,000 hours of work experience is required.

 

 

• Forty-eight hours where 4,000 or more; but less than 6,000 hours of work experience is required.

 

 

• Seventy-two hours where 6,000 or more; but less than 8,000 hours of work experience is required.

 

 

• Ninety-six hours where 8,000 hours or more of work experience is required.

 

 

NOTE: Trainees - you can use your most recent renewal period to meet part of the required 96hr for 01 testing
